Andreas Königsberger
Chairman of the Board, responsible for strategic marketing

Andreas Königsberger trained as a policeman and worked for the "WEGA" SWAT unit. At the same time, he worked part-time for the HMI Organisation and found that he was good at selling and had leadership skills too. In 1987, Andreas decided to start working in the private sector of the economy, taking a post as Senior Manager at WVP Versicherungsvermittlungsgesellschaft. In 1993, he founded Safe Invest and has developed its operations since. He has headed Safe Invest Holding AG as Chairman of the Board since 2000.


Martin Herzel
Member of the Board, responsible for distribution and sales
Martin Herzel also started his career at the “WEGA” SWAT unit of the Vienna Police. Following his move to WVP Versicherungsgesellschaft in 1987, he soon became a Senior Manager. Martin then joined Andreas and helped him establish Safe Invest. They jointly managed the company, with Martin starting out as Managing Director and becoming a Member of the Board in 2000.
Alexander Schwendemann
Member of the Board, responsible for finance, legal, IT and human resources
Alexander Schwendemann has been part of the Safe Invest Group since 1999. While still studying for his degree, he worked for Ernst & Young and gained valuable professional experience and knowledge of tax and business matters, which he continued to expand by completing an Executive MBA. As Managing Director of Business Consulting he was primarily responsible for setting up new Safe Invest subsidiaries and for restructuring existing companies abroad, some of which he also headed as Managing Director. Alexander has been a Member of the Board of Safe Invest Holding AG since 2007.
Norbert Kraihamer
Member of the Board of Directors
While he was a student, Norbert Kraihamer worked at Fun&Function F2 as a product manager. In 1986, he joined Salomon S.A., where he was first Head of Marketing and later Director of the Salomon Brand and member of the management team at the company’s French headquarters. In 1995, he started working for Red Bull and together with Dietrich Mateschitz turned the company into a global group. As a member of the management team, Norbert played a key role in the international roll-out in 126 countries and was part of the team who contributed to making the company a 3-billion-dollar group. In 2006, after a successful 10 years, Norbert started looking for new challenges and finally decided to move to Swiss Masai to head their restructuring team. In 2008, he joined Safe Invest to restructure its international business.
